Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. are rounding out this year's panel of American Idol judges and, along with longtime host Ryan Seacrest, the cast has reached a harmonious point that many believed the show may have been missing in the last few seasons.
ET's Rob Marciano visited the brand new American Idol set, and got to talk to the judges about the show's new dynamic and what its like working on one of the biggest programs on television.
"When you come out here, it's [all about] having a good time," said Connick Jr. "We're having a blast… it's just so much fun. We all take it so seriously, but when we come out here it's a party. It's great."
"People ask me, every day, 'What are [the other judges] like?' They are exactly like you would hope they would be," Connick Jr. continued. "They are professional, they're awesome people, they're down to earth. They value what's important in life. And we have a great time here."
