The Little Couple star Jen Arnold opens up in a new interview about her continued recovery from cancer and admits that while she is officially in remission, she's still dealing with the lingering effects of treatment.

"I'm still dealing with fatigue from chemo brain, and I try to get back into things like I was before cancer," Jen tells the new issue of Closer, on newsstands now. "It's hitting me that it's going to take a bit longer than I wanted it to."

But Jen -- who stars on the TLC reality show along with her husband Bill Klein and the couple's two adopted children -- said the family did celebrate her treatment success. "We had a celebration at the hospital, which was a lot of fun." But she added that even in the midst of the celebratory mood she "still wasn't feeling too good."

Jen underwent a hysterectomy followed by chemotherapy after being diagnosed with a rare form of uterine cancer, choriocarcinoma. She's now being monitored weekly to make sure the cancer stays in remission.
