FOX news pundit Bill O'Reilly is not a fan of Beyonce's new video.

During an interview with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, the TV personality slammed Mrs. Carter's Partition video, asking Simmons to "explain" the need for the video's super sexual content.

Defending the explicit, NSFW video, Simmons responded to teens being exposed to such content, saying, "They've heard most of that language. My daughters make choices based on the inspiration that we give them as parents."

O'Reilly quickly cut off Simmons when he referred to Partition as art, arguing, "That's art?! Beyonce in the back of a limo having sex and referencing Monica Lewinsky, is art?"

Simmons, 56, bit back, saying of Beyonce, "Yeah, it is actually. She's a brilliant artist. And she's not only [appreciated] by people of color, as you know, she's really one of the top artists in the world [to] people of every color."

"Yeah, she is, and I can't understand why the woman did it," O'Reilly, 64, added.
