Jennifer Lopez is the guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Friday, in which she talks about her best friend actress Leah Remini, and her much publicized split from Scientology.
"It was a tough moment for her. You know what I mean? It's all she knew her whole life," she tells Ellen. "When you're raised a certain way and you're around people, you know, for a long time, you know, whatever that is it's gonna be hard so… we’re good friends."
Remini has credited Lopez for being a shoulder to lean on following her split from the controversial religion.
"Jennifer made special rings for all the women in her life that say, 'I Love Me,' and I've really come to realize you have to love yourself before you can expect someone else to," Remini told Buzzfeed in February. "You have to learn to believe you deserve love. And I'm getting there. I'm starting to believe it."

The Ellen DeGeneres Show featuring Lopez airs on Friday, March 21st.
