After 26 years together, Amy and Matt Roloff, the stars of TLC's hit reality program Little People, Big World, separated earlier this month, and the drastic change in their lives seems to have hit them pretty hard, according to People's exclusive clip of the upcoming episode.
In the Little People, Big World clip, Amy opens up to her closest friends about how the split has devastated her.
"We were having issues and problems and stuff but, um… It's sad. It's sad because we don't really have a plan," an emotional Amy, 50, told her friends over drinks.
Amy also revealed that, despite their issues, the decision to separate still kind of blindsided her.
"It happened very quickly. I don't know where it was at, or how I did not know," she explained. "To tell you the truth, it's like a death, you know? You get numb. You don't know what to do."
Matt and Amy have four children Jeremy, 23, Zack, 23, Molly, 20, and Jacob, 17 -- all of whom have taken part in the reality documentary series with their parents, which chronicles their daily lives on a farm in Portland, Oregon.
"Going through all of this, it is like a grieving process because you've got to slowly begin to let go," Amy explained. "I have no idea where I'm going, what I'm doing. Because 26 years just came and went."
This emotional one-hour Little People, Big World special airs Tuesday, March 25 at 9/8c on TLC.
