Biggest Loser
winner Rachel Frederickson went under fire after she was considered too thin by many fans of the NBC show. Now, it seems she's packed on a few pounds.

Following her 155-pound weight loss, the 24-year-old tells Us magazine that she is 20 pounds heavier since winning the Biggest Loser title. "I've gone up about 20 pounds," Frederickson reveals. She now weighs 125 rather than 105, which is underweight based on her height. "I think I'm at my perfect weight!

As for how she's keeping healthy, she tells the magazine, "I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle. I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

Also of note, Frederickson says the show is still helping to keep her motivated. "We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist. And our nutritionist is available 24/7. I'll call her from the farmers' market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'"
