In this sneak peek clip from tonight's all-new episode -- airing at 10/9c on TLC -- Bill and the two kids join Jen as she gives a keynote speech at a medical convention in San Francisco.

The trip comes just two weeks after Jen's last chemo treatment, so Bill decides to keep an eye on Jen so she doesn't overdo it.
But the family does manage to see the city sites -- including iconic SF locations like Ghiradelli Square and Chinatown -- and even takes a wild ride on a teacup on a carousel at the Wharf!
