Stephen Colbert to appear as guest on Late Show with David Letterman.
Stephen Colbert will pay a visit next week to his future CBS home, the Late Show with David Letterman.
The network announced Tuesday that Colbert will appear on Late Show on April 22.
Last week, CBS announced that Colbert -- host of Comedy Central's The Colbert Report -- would be succeeding Letterman on Late Show when the longtime TV personality retires sometime in 2015.
