Current Bachelorette Andi Dorfman, who had served as an Assistant District Attorney when she was not looking for love on television, has resigned from her position at the DA's office in Fulton County, Georgia.
According to a report from Us Weekly, the 27-year-old reality show contestant had taken a leave of absence from her job to star on the new season of The Bachelorette, after having been one of the final three contestants on the most-recent season of The Bachelor.
Her leave was supposed to end May 31, but Dorfman decided not to return to her position, and did not indicate to the DA's office what her future plans may be.
On The Bachelorette, Dorfman has narrowed her field of possible suitors down from 25 to eight in just five weeks. You can check out the former Assistant District Attorney's search for love Monday nights at 8/7c on ABC.
