We can expect Spacey to move up the ranks after contract renegotiation for season three of House of Cards.

3. Neil Patrick Harris - $18 Million

2. Mark Harmon and Jon Cryer - $19 Million
NCIS star Mark Harmon earns his $19 million from the hit series as well as syndication revenues. Two and a Half Men veteran Jon Cryer ties with Harmon for second place, earning his check from the hit series and a book deal.

1. Ashton Kutcher
Seems like Two and a Half Men is the place to be! Ashton Kutcher lands the top spot with a giant paycheck. This marks Ashton's third consecutive year on the list. Though the show has dipped in ratings, it’s still pulling in 11 million viewers per episode.

We can already expect some changes to this list for next year. The stars of The Big Bang Theory recently negotiated some huge paychecks, so it wouldn't be surprising if some of the cast topped the list next time around.
