It's clear after watching this audition tape how Jason Momoa landed his Game of Thrones role. He's terrifying.
In the clip, the 35-year-old actor attempts to impress producers by doing a tribal dance called haka. This is a dance affiliated with with New Zealand's Maori people. Though he doesn't speak Dothraki during the audition, it's clear that he's perfect for the beastly role of Khal Drogo.

He's even wearing Dothraki-like garbs during his performance.
Though Momoa has been off the show for several seasons now, he's still not over his character being killed off. Earlier this year, the actor had some pretty strong words for Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin.
