Forget the Jersey Shore — we’re headed to Alaska!

MTV is ditching the bikinis and embracing the below-zero temperatures with their newest reality TV series Slednecks. Set in the rural town of Wasilla, Alaska (the same town that the Palins are from!) the half-hour comedy docu-series, follows a group of “outdoor tough” friends who use their hometown mountains and rivers as their playground.

According to MTV, the "Slednecks" are all about having fun and pushing their adventures to the extreme. Polar Bear plunges, airboating on ice, glacier parties, river wakeboarding, and human catapulting are just some of the outrageous activities this close-knit gang likes to do together.

To prove just how off-the-wall these teens are, we’re snagged an exclusive sneak peek at one of the craziest scenes we’ve ever seen on MTV: The Slednecks cast taking a shot of blood together!

Okay to be fair, it’s not human blood — it’s caribou blood, but it’s still definitely making us queasy. If you have the stomach for it, watch our first look at Slednecks above and then get ready for an adrenaline-pumping premiere tonight.

Slednecks premieres Thursday, Oct. 30 at 10 p.m. with an extended 90-minute special on MTV.
