Our hearts are pounding and our adrenaline is pumping — it must be time for a new episode of The 100!

The CW's post-apocalyptic drama has kicked the action into high gear in its sophomore season, and we've got your sneak peek at the jaw-dropping thrills ahead in this Wednesday's all-new episode.

ETonline had the pleasure of traveling to The 100 set in Vancouver last month, and we chatted with star Eliza Taylor about the recently exposed perils of Mount Weather. "It seems too good to be true," the actress teased to reporters. "[Clarke has] heard so many things from the Grounders and their main fear is these Mountain Men. Now that she’s inside, nothing adds up."

"There must be more to the story and she’s just desperately trying to figure that out by screwing things up all the time," Taylor continued. She’s constantly trying to escape and sneak into secret rooms."

Speaking of secret rooms, when we last saw our kick-ass heroine, Clarke discovered a super-secret ceiling room in Mount Weather and found Anya (Dichen Lachman) — and many other grounders — trapped in a cage. And if you screamed from rage at that mind-blowing cliffhanger, you're in luck because ETonline has your exclusive sneak peek at the first scene of the next episode, "Reapercussions."

In the terrifying first look above, Clarke successfully frees Anya from her cage and desperately tries to rush her former enemy to safety. Unfortunately, escaping the dangers of Mount Weather's secret blood draining room is nearly impossible — and when they do manage to find a way out, Anya refuses to budge.

"Anya, listen to me," Clarke pleads to the banged up and bloody grounder. "My people are still inside that place too. But they have guards and they have weapons. Once we get out of here, we can find help, we can come back."

To which Anya snaps, "There is no we!"

These ladies had better put that cat-fight on pause, because the familiar grumblings of someone deadly is headed their way. "Not just someone," Clarke says with panic laced in her voice. "Reapers."

So what can we expect to see from Clarke now that her world has (once again) been transformed into a nightmare? "I think the arc of this new season is going to be really difficult for her," Taylor said.

"Last season I spoke about how I thought that was going to be difficult in terms of being a leader," the 25-year-old actress revealed. "This season I think all the lines are blurred between whether or not she's making the right decision for the good of mankind or if she's just screwing everything up. And she certainly raises some questions amongst the kids who used to look up to her as to whether or not she's kinda lost her mind."

Don't worry, Clarke, we don’t think you're crazy — but we definitely love watching all of the mind-blowing craziness of your show!

The 100 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on the CW.
