The hushed tones in the 30 second TV spot literally come from corn stalks, as Iowa farmer and new Bachelor Chris Soules, 32, wades through a corn field, a la Field of Dreams.
In the classic 1989 baseball movie, Kevin Costner stars as an Iowa farmer who builds a baseball diamond in his fields after hearing a voice that says, "If you build it, they will come" -- "they" being the ghosts of the Chicago Black Sox.
The former Bachelorette contestant, who stole every woman's heart when he was vying for Andi Dorfman's affections, was announced as the new Bachelor back in August. His sensitive personality and dashing good looks seemed to give him a new shot at love over Andi's runner-up Nick Viall, whom many thought to be a shoe-in for the next Bachelor.
The romance-fueled competition series returns to ABC this January.
