"It's really sad," star Anna Paquin, aka Sookie Stackhouse, spilled to the camera with tears in her eyes. "This has been my family for seven years."

And she's not the only actor who got choked up on-set! "This has been such a huge part of my life for the past seven years," Alexander Skarsgard, who delighted fans everywhere as Eric Northman, revealed. "It's been such an amazing adventure and I'm so grateful for everything that I've had. I had so much fun on this show."
