Playing Watch James Franco and Seth Rogen Get 'Naked and Afraid'

Get ready to see a whole lot of James Franco and Seth Rogen.

The Hollywood besties are set to appear on a special episode of the Discovery Channel's hit reality series Naked and Afraid, in which they'll attempt to survive in the wilderness sans clothes or supplies.

But this being the hilarious duo of classics like Pineapple Express and This Is The End and the upcoming The Interview, the two make the experience even more hilarious than the premise sets up.

Boom boom, NAKED and Afraid. Me and Seth, in the bush, naked, together. For reals.

VIDEO: Rogen and Franco Go After Kim Jong-Un in 'The Interview'

"You're supposed to be a hot Australian survivalist," Franco jokes in this one-minute preview, as the two hug while completely naked.

"I was hoping to be paired up with a woman, but I guess Franco's the next best thing," Rogen adds. "He's pretty much hairless. Take your glasses off -- he's pretty much a woman."

Franco and Rogen's latest film together is already stirring up controversy. The two play American television workers who are recruited to try and kill North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un, and unsurprisingly, North Korea is not finding the previews very funny.

If the U.S. government doesn't block the movie's release, it will face "stern" and "merciless" retaliation, an unidentified spokesman for North Korea's Foreign Ministry told state media in July.

The film's release would be considered an "act of war that we will never tolerate," he added. "The enemies have gone beyond the tolerance limit in their despicable moves to dare hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership."

But despite the very serious opposition, Franco and Rogen have pushed on with promotion of the film, including this super-awkward fake interview with Orlando Bloom.

The Interview hits theaters Christmas day, while their episode of Naked and Afraid airs Dec. 7 on the Discovery Channel.

Besides The Interview, Franco is certainly keeping busy these days with multiple projects, including this bizarre preview of him posing with a bloody Megan Fox.

... What could this be about?!
