ETonline scored the eerie first photo from the new season of WGN America's witch series and drama is in the air!

In the photo above, the powerful Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery), dressed in an ornate dress and looking ever-so-stately, is seated on her massive throne as she ponders her next move. It's an unsettling visual, as we all know just what Mary is capable of!
When Salem returns next year in April, the Grand Rite -- triggered at the end of last season -- is now underway and death is in the air. But the Witch War is just beginning, and Salem is at the epicenter of both. In order to bring her plan to completion, Mary must not only control John Alden (Shane West) and the town's citizens but also those lurking in the shadows who seek the power she wields.
If this is any indication of things to come, things in Salem are about to get even more intense!
