If anyone should cover the Frozen hit "Let It Go" on Glee, it's Lea Michele, who plays Idina Menzel's daughter Rachel Berry on the Fox hit.
The first promo for the sixth and final season of Glee dropped last week, featuring a snippet of Michele flawlessly belting out the Disney tune. And now, the full version of the song is here, and Menzel herself has given her approval.
After Michele tweeted that she hoped to make her on-screen mom proud, Menzel (who played Shelby Corcoran on Glee, and is the voice of Elsa in Frozen) signed off on the cover on Tuesday.
The two-hour premiere of Glee airs Friday, Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
In October, Glee creator Ryan Murphy spilled secrets exclusively to ET about the final season of the hit musical show.
"We've really listened to what the fans want," he said. "Everything that I've been reading from the last four years about what the fans want from Glee is what they're going to get."
