Kim Kardashian really wants another baby.
Just how desperate are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for baby number two?
According to this brand-new promo for the 10th season of E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the two had sex in a bathroom in an attempt to get pregnant.
"Was Kanye just here? You didn't bone in a bathroom ... That's how hard you're trying?" Khloe asks Kim in the minute-and-a-half promo.

After Kim coyly smiles and points at Khloe, a positive pregnancy test is shown, though who it actually belongs to is anyone's guess.
Kim, 34, has made no secret of wanting another sibling for one-year-old North, telling ELLE U.K. in December that the couple is willing to do whatever it takes.
"I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straight away," she told the magazine. "I loved being part of a huge family -- and I want that for North. We'd do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally."
Aside from Kim and Kanye's baby fever, season 10 of Keeping up with the Kardashians is clearly bringing the drama harder than ever, addressing head-on the aftermath of Bruce and Kris Jenner's divorce. Despite Kris telling ET in October that she wasn't "at home crying" over reports of Bruce's rumored new relationship with her longtime friend and former assistant Ronda Kamihara, judging by this teaser, she was a lot more upset than she led on.
"She was really one of my mom's good friends," Kim is seen telling Bruce point-blank in a confrontation about all the dating rumors. "My mom cries about it."
Though don't feel too sorry for Kris, 59. The new season also features her new relationship with 33-year-old Corey Gamble, a road manager with Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun's SB Projects.
"He's younger than Kim and Kourtney," Khloe wryly observes.
… Though staying young was never a problem for Kris, no?
