"Honey Boo Boo has way too much sugar," Travis Stork, M.D. said. "Way too much processed foods in the house and that's what's got to stop."

Even at her young age, Honey Boo Boo is already encountering health troubles. At just 4'6", Honey Boo Boo weighs 125 pounds -- twice the average weight of a girl with her stats. Making matters worse, Honey Boo Boo suffers from "severe asthma" caused by "severe inflammation."

"I've been concerned about her health for nine years," Mama June said. "I mean, she's been this way for nine years."

The first step to getting Honey Boo Boo onto a healthier lifestyle is to get her moving. The reality star didn't know how to ride a bike when the show presented her with one.

"I'm looking forward to most doing some like things that can help me and stuff," Honey Boo Boo said.

After getting her to exercise more, the next challenge is changing her diet. Instead of junk food, the show suggested chicken made with oats as one healthy dish she might enjoy.

Finally, the most important step in the process is making sure Mama June is committed to the changes.

"We're going to take this program one step at a time and see how it works," Mama June promised.
