Just days after threatening to quit Fashion Police over comments made by co-host Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne is officially leaving the fashion commentary show.

"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers," E! said in a statement to ET.

While there is some speculation that Khloe Kardashian has been tapped to fill Osbourne’s seat on the panel, E! officially states that "no decisions have been made on her replacement."

Fashion Police
, which has been hosted by comedian Kathy Griffin since the death of original host Joan Rivers, recently came under fire for comments Rancic made about actress and singer Zendaya Coleman’s dreadlocks on the Oscars red carpet. "Like I feel like she, she smells like patchouli oil. Or weed," Giuliana said on the post-Oscars show. "Yeah, maybe weed?"

After the show, Osbourne tweeted several comments about her "friend" Zendaya, stating that she was "seriously questioning staying on the show." Eventually Giuliana issued a formal public apology on E! News and Zendaya accepted the host's apology but apparently that was not enough to keep Kelly on the panel.

"Kelly Osbourne is a friend and has been a wonderful part of the Fashion Police family," said Rivers' daughter and Fashion Police producer Melissa Rivers in a statement. "I will miss her terribly and wish her the very best in all of her future endeavors. As my mother always said, the show must go on and I plan to continue in the same spirit."
