Soap stars, talk shows and news programs – including Entertainment Tonight - battled it out for the golden statuettes at the 42nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards on Sunday, April 26.

There ceremony, which aired live on Pop TV and was held at the Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank, Calif., was hosted by former daytime talk show host Tyra Banks. The supermodel did a great job in her first stint as an awards show host, delivering laughs and a hilariously awkward rap.
