ET has your first look at HGTV's new competition series, Beach Flip!
On the show, HGTV and DIY Network all-stars Josh Temple (House Crashers), Nicole Curtis (Rehab Addict) and David Bromstad (My Lottery Dream Home) mentor and judge four teams as they take run-down beach houses and transform them into dreamy vacation getaways. The team with the highest increase in property value walks away with $50,000 and a spread in HGTV Magazine.

"Everyone was smiles! Everyone was happy!" Josh told ET. "But here's what happens, you give out the first win, then the claws start coming out."
