Conan O'Brien Heads to Comic-Con With 'Mad Max' Tribute and It's Epic!

Conan O'Brien is just the greatest, and his epic Mad Max tribute is just further proof of this indelible fact.

In celebration of Comic-Con, Conan and his trusty sidekick Andy Richter took the long way down to San Diego, and they traveled in style, roaring down the barren highway in the mind-meltingly awesome guitar/drum/speaker truck known as the Doof Wagon from the post-apocalyptic masterpiece Mad Max: Fury Road.

With Conan rocking on the iconic flame-spewing double-neck death guitar and Andy behind the wheel -- struggling to drink coffee while wearing Immortan Joe's creepy skeletal mask -- the comedy legends were on their way to Valhalla! Well, technically San Diego.

That is until they got lost along the 5 freeway because Andy can't hear the GPS over the roaring of Conan's guitar and the pounding of Jimmy Vivino and the Basic Cable Band who are beating on the Doof Wagon's massive drums.

If you didn't already love Conan with all your heart, this should really seal the deal.

Conan's going to be spending all week at Comic-Con, sitting down with some of the biggest stars (think the Hunger Games and The Walking Dead casts!) and filming some of his classic remote segments on the convention floor. He's also the first late-night talk show host to broadcast from Comic-Con during the festivities.

Check out Conan's epic 'Fury Road' tribute tonight at 11/10c on TBS.
