The 57-year-old actor is set to reprise his role as Valentine McKee, and return to the fictional hamlet of Perfection, Nevada to square off against grotesque, subterranean monsters yet again.

Four direct-to-video sequels and a 13-episode SciFi Channel series have already come from the beloved Tremors, but this will be the first time Bacon has been involved in anything since the original 25 years ago.

To celebrate the big news, Bacon took to Instagram on Tuesday to share an adorable flashback photo of his time on set.

Rocking Valentine McKee's long hair, the behind-the-scenes snapshot shows Bacon with his arm around his wife, Kyra Sedgewick, while they tried to stay out of the scorching desert sun. At the time, Sedgewick was pregnant with the couple's first child, Travis.

"Me and @kyrasedgwick 9 months pregnant 26 years ago on the #Tremors set," Bacon captioned the photo. "Might be time to head back to Perfection."

All Tremors fans can hope for now is that Fred Ward, Michael Gross and Reba McEntire also return to Perfection.
