'Star Wars' Cast Aces Epic Medley of the Franchise's Classic Themes With Jimmy Fallon & The Roots

The Force was strong on Tuesday’s Tonight Show, as Jimmy Fallon and The Roots were joined by members of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens cast to perform a truly epic rendition of the franchise’s classic musical themes.

stars Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, and Oscar Issac chimed in first on the opening themes, while Adam Driver and Gwendolyn Christie, took the center square for the villainous “Imperial March.”

Even the droids pitched in! R2-D2, C-3PO and BB-8 were joined by Chewbacca to perform the classic Cantina theme.

But in true Star Wars fashion, they saved the best for last.

As Lupita Nyong’o and The Roots started the end theme, they were joined by all the cast members, including Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford, who surprised at the very end to the delight of the audience.
