Oprah Winfrey opened up to ET about the new directions she's taking in her life and career.

After dropping 30 pounds while following Weight Watchers' SmartPoints plan to lose weight and eat healthier, Oprah's closet is now full of clothes that don't fit, which is a good thing for fans. Now, she's auctioning off part of her wardrobe on eBay!

Items for sale include the Naeem Khan skirt she wore for The Oprah Winfrey Show's 20th season premiere and the Badgley Mischka dress she wore on the cover of O, The Oprah Magazine's December 2012 issue.

"I've had so many clothes," Oprah said. "Most of them I never wore more than once or twice. I have shoes that I literally took downstairs, put them on as I was going to sit in the chair and took them off. When you've paid as much for a shoe as you did for a down payment on your first house, it's hard to let that shoe go!"

Simply by cleaning out her closet, Oprah has raised thousands of dollars for The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls.

As she's going through a healthy body transformation, the media mogul and Emmy winner is also exploring a new area in her career as she is returning to TV for the OWN drama, Greenleaf.

The upcoming series centers on disillusioned preacher Grace Greenleaf (Merle Dandridge), who has returned home to her estranged family after 20 years. As she re-enters the world of Calvary Fellowship World Ministries, the Memphis megachurch run by her powerful parents Bishop James Greenleaf (Keith David) and Lady Mae Greenleaf (Lynn Whitfield), it becomes evident that things are not as virtuous as they seem and that the family's outward display of faith hides sin and misdeeds.

Oprah told us she plays Grace's aunt Mavis on the show, which is a character that plays totally against type for her.
