Everything We Know About 'Inside Amy Schumer' Season 4!

By
Comedy Central

Inside Amy Schumer fans
rejoice! We’re less than a week away from the debut of season four! Following
Amy Schumer’s breakout year, the Comedy Central series looks to be better than
ever.

While Schumer may have gone mainstream, don’t expect her
show to hold back as she takes on her own fame, The Real Housewives, and invites even more celebrities for biting
satires.

Thanks to Schumer and her cohort of IAS comedians, we have the inside scoop about the new season!

1. Baby Bumps, Real
Housewives
and Amy the Director

Half of the fun of watching IAS is not knowing what topic Schumer will take on next. But, we
must say, the few hints we’ve gotten so far have us pretty excited!

Schumer is expecting! OK, it’s more like she is wearing a
baby bump for an unknown sketch. We’ve also spotted an albino python and the
actress in medieval attire for a Game of Thrones-inspired promo and President Schumer.

"I can't be president anymore, I got my period," Schumer hilariously screams during the trailer (above).

Schumer is also dusting off her Real Housewives impression for a reunion-themed sketch, complete
with lap dog and Housewives creator
Andy Cohen! Her taglines were epic last time around -- including our personal
favorite: ”I don’t need a man, but I want one. Any one.” The real question is,
how can she top it?

The 34-year-old actress will also be back in the director’s chair this
season, after co-directing an all-star cast that included Paul Giamatti, Jeff
Goldblum, and Dennis Quaid in last year’s 12
Angry Men
parody. This time, Michael Strahan and current NFL stars Vernon
Davis and Greg Olsen will appear in a sketch about a group who plays fantasy
football with real people’s lives. Strahan tried to explain the premise on Live! With Kelly & Michael, but we’ll
probably have to see it to truly understand.

2. Guest Stars Galore

After three seasons, IAS
is known for its epic cameos from the biggest names in Hollywood -- and beyond.
Among those stopping by this season are the previously mentioned NFL stars,
Strahan, Cohen, plus a number of A-list newcomers, including Lena Dunham, Julianne Moore, Liam Neeson, both Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal, Laura Linney, Jennifer Hudson, David Spade and Harvey Keitel.

Josh Charles, Rachel Dratch, Missi Pyle, Bridget Everett, Amber Tamblyn and Amber Rose are also returning for the new season along with the actress’ newest gal pal,
Selena Gomez.

But the cameo we’re most excited to see is Schumer’s
boyfriend Ben Hanisch! He posted a photo from the set, hinting about a role as
a surgeon… operating alongside a cigar-smoking and eye patch-wearing Schumer.

3. More
Headline-Making (and Award-Winning) Sketches

Schumer has never been afraid to make a statement and the
show has tackled hard topics including ageism in Hollywood and the allegations
surrounding Bill Cosby.

For their efforts, Schumer and her team of talented writers
-- including her sister, Kim Caramele -- were awarded a People’s Choice Award,
a Peabody Award, a Writer’s Guild Award, and two Primetime Emmy Awards (for
Outstanding Original Music and Lyric & Outstanding Variety Sketch Series).
A little champagne celebration is probably the least of what this crew
deserves!

Schumer posted on Instagram about her gratitude for her
team, writing “I’m so proud of our show and I have done my best and so has the
best crew in the world and the greatest writers and producers. I love you all
like family.”

4. Even More Beyond Season 4!

Fortunately for us all, season four won’t be the last for
the sketch series! Comedy Central announced at the TCA Winter Press Tour that
the show is already renewed for a fifth season. That means more chances for
Schumer to say what we were all thinking, or at least, what we’ll all be
talking about the next day.

Inside Amy Schumer
returns to Comedy Central on Thursday, April 21 at 10 p.m. ET.
