Things on Normal Street are not quite as they seem!

That’s been a running theme for Gortimer Gibbon (Sloane Morgan Siegel) and his best friends Mel (Ashley Boettcher) and Ranger (Drew Justice) as they navigate life in their seemingly-normal suburb on Amazon’s Emmy-nominated original series, Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street.

But things are about to take an even stranger turn as the tight-knit trio face a problem even more daunting than interdimensional time travel or spontaneous magnetism: High school!

The second half of the show’s second season debuts on Amazon Prime on July 15, and finds Gortimer, Mel and Ranger dealing with the end of middle school as well as a pivotal point in their friendship, as Gortimer’s mom, Claire (Robyn Lively), has taken a new job that might move her family away from Normal Street.

And that’s not all! The friends also keep finding new adventures on Normal Street, including Claire being transformed into a “Super Mom” after receiving a gift from Gortimer, the trio getting stuck in a 1920s-themed mystery party, and an interdimensional trip into Gortimer’s favorite retro superhero series.

"The beauty of Normal Street is that normal is what you make it, which is an important lesson for everyone," Siegel said. "This has been an exciting three years filming this project. It really became a family, and was a labor of love for all of us. We hope that everyone enjoys these final episodes as much as we enjoyed making them."

"Fans can expect fun, adventure, friendship and growing up from the next season,” added Boettcher. “What I love most about the new episodes are the way you see each and every character start to grow up. It's bittersweet to see them leave parts of their childhood behind and venture into the next stage of their lives.”

“But, you know, they're going to be just fine,” she continued. “Oh, and horses, I love horses!”
