EXCLUSIVE: Scott Speedman Wants His Brother to Get Laid on TNT's 'Animal Kingdom,' Then Things Get Tense!

ET debuts a NSFW first look at Tuesday's tension-filled episode.

Family never fails to turn a lighthearted conversation into one wrought with tension.

TNT’s Animal Kingdom, the one-hour drama series based on the 2010 Australian film of the same name, follows a criminal family led by Janine “Smurf” Cody (Ellen Barkin), who takes in young Joshua “J” Cody (Finn Cole) and raises him alongside her sons.

ET has an exclusive first look at Tuesday’s brand new episode, which starts off as innocently as ever, when ringleader Barry “Baz” Brown (Scott Speedman) makes a joke at the expense of Andrew “Pope” Cody (Shawn Hatosy), Smurf’s oldest son, following his stint in jail.

“We gotta get you laid, man. You’ve been out for, what, three-and-a-half weeks? It’s unacceptable,” Baz says to Pope with amusement.

“I don’t know, if I had to go three weeks, my d**k would shrivel up and turn to ash,” Smurf’s middle son, Craig, says in response, as she lounges on the couch.

Then, talk turns to their dads and the siblings can’t help but make fun of their respective fathers. When the conversation turns to Deran Cody (Jake Weary), Smurf’s youngest son, that’s when things get tense between the Codys, thanks in part to Pope’s clear dislike for Deran’s father.

“Deran’s dad was a selfish prick,” Pope eerily says. “He left Smurf two weeks before you were born. I had to deliver your ugly a** myself, in a gas station -- slid right out onto the floor.” Awkward!

There’s a reason Pope has a deep hatred for Deran. To find out why, watch the exclusive video above.

Animal Kingdom
airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TNT.
