Scream Queens is amping up the eye candy for season two!

Taylor Lautner will join the horror-comedy's sophomore season in a leading role, ET has learned. The Twilight star will play Dr. Cassidy Cascade, a physician at a local hospital who suffers from a "strange medical condition" and becomes a suspect when a series of tragic events plagues the institution.

"Big news everyone!!" Lautner shared on Instagram on Thursday morning. "Thrilled to be joining @screamqueensFox it's going to be such a blast playing Dr. Cassidy Cascade."

The new season of Scream Queens will pick up about two years after the events of season one, moving from the college campus to a hospital, where some of the most bizarre medical cases are under observation.

The news of comes just a week after it was announced that Fuller House star John Stamos will also be joining the second season of Fox’s slasher soap. The actor will play Dr. Brock Holt, the hospital’s “brilliant, but secretive” head surgeon.

Lautner and Stamos will join returning cast members Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash, who will all set to reprise their season one characters.

Scream Queens will return Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
