Sometimes you just gotta cry it out.

JoJo Fletcher knows that all too well, as she's shed quite a few tears during her journey on The Bachelorette this season.

ET caught up with Fletcher at the "Men Tell All" taping on Saturday in Los Angeles, where she admitted being the Bachelorette is harder than it looks.

"I am emotional," the 25-year-old told ET's Lauren Zima. "It's hard. No one will understand it…saying goodbye is so hard."

So far, Fletcher has said goodbye to 21 of the 25 men she started the season with -- leaving just four guys in the competition after an "I love you" from Luke interrupted his elimination and ended Monday's episode with a cliffhanger -- in a season that has included a lot of tears.

"To be honest, I am a trainwreck!" she admitted.

"You know what is funny too -- when people are like, 'I don't see any tears,' and I'm like, 'Are you kidding me?'" she said. "You can thank my makeup artist then, because she did a real good job touching it up!"

But while there's certainly drama on the show, there's no hard feelings between her and ex-Bachelor Ben Higgins, who just nabbed his own reality series with fiancée Lauren Bushnell.

The show, titled Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After, will air on ABC's sister channel, Freeform, and will "follow the happy couple as they prepare to walk down the aisle and begin their brand-new life together while navigating the real world after the splendor of The Bachelor's exotic dates and fantasy suites has ended."

While the show doesn't premiere until October, it's already got a fan in Fletcher. "That's so exciting! I just talked to Lauren the other day and I am just excited for them," she revealed. "I'm just excited to watch it and see how it plays out."

The Bachelorette
airs on Mondays, as well as next Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Fletcher also opened up to ET about all the drama from the most recent episode of The Bachelorette, saying she thought Jordan Rodgers was "sweet" in the way he handled the estrangement from brother Aaron on his hometown date.
