Viola Davis, Kiefer Sutherland and More ABC Stars Come Together to Take an Inspirational Stand Against Bullyin

ABC's biggest stars are encouraging you to "choose kindness" next month.

In support of October's National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, Disney | ABC Television group will be releasing a series of original programming that reinforces the importance of being kind – and only ET has your exclusive look at the first star-studded PSA.

In the inspiring video above, How to Get Away With Murder star Viola Davis encourages viewers to "be you," while Designated Survivor actor Kiefer Sutherland urges everyone to "choose to stand up against bullies."

Beginning Saturday, Oct. 1, four customized PSAs that encourage acts and words of kindness as a way to combat bullying will begin airing on ABC, ABC-owned television stations, Freeform, Disney Channel, Disney XD and Radio Disney featuring stars from their respective networks.

The "Choose Kindness" campaign is designed to inspire kids, families and change-makers around the country to put an end to bullying.

Viewers age 13 and older are invited to participate in the campaign on social media by sharing how they choose kindness using #ChooseKindness & #BeInspired.
