Mariah Huq is making her big return to Bravo’s Married to Medicine! ET has your exclusive first look at her comeback, plus all the epic drama set to unfold in season four. Check out the trailer:

After a reduced role in season three, Mariah seems to be at the center of a lot of drama this year. We’ll also watch as Lisa Nicole Cloud tries for a baby, and Quad Webb-Lunceford experiences growing pains at home when her brother, his girlfriend and their new baby move in.

Another big storyline will be a financial crisis for Toya Bush-Harris, who is also turning 40 and opening a new business.

“Bitch, who owes $170,000 to the damn IRS?!” Quad asks in a confessional.

Dr. Jackie Walters is back, too, as the show’s voice of reason, and will help Dr. Simone Whitmore attempt to face her estranged father. On the flipside, Dr. Simone will seemingly help Dr. Jackie deal with some marriage troubles. The ladies also welcome a new friend to the group, Genise Shelton and, oh -- Dr. Heavenly Kimes will be carted away in an ambulance!
