John Cena Says He's Going to 'Destroy' the 'SNL' Cast -- Except for Leslie Jones: 'I Don't Want Any Trouble'

The WWE icon and 'Trainwreck' star is bringing his muscles and comedic timing to Studio 8H.

is isn't afraid of anybody, except maybe Leslie Jones.

The actor and professional wrestler is headed to Saturday Night Live this weekend, and in this over-the-top promo, the bulked-up star has a boastful message for his upcoming co-stars.

"I'm going to destroy the Saturday Night Live cast!" Cena yells as he takes to the stage in Studio 8H, holding a bejeweled wrestling belt aloft as his WWE theme plays in the background.

"Except for Leslie," Cena says earnestly as the music cuts out and he drops his bravado façade. "I don't want any trouble. I think you're great. That wasn't meant for you."

This will be Cena's first time hosting the long-running sketch comedy series. The Trainwreck star will be joined by musical guest Maren Morris, who is also making his SNL debut.

Next week, Manchester by the Sea star Casey Affleck is set to host, along with musical guest Chance the Rapper.

While SNL underwent a cast shake-up at the start of this season, the breakout star so far hasn't been any of the new cast members, but rather frequent host Alec Baldwin, whose recurring role as President-Elect Donald Trump has consistently stolen the spotlight.
