Rob Kardashian
looked back at his relationship with his late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., as he prepared for fatherhood himself on Sunday's new Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

As Rob and his fiancée, Blac Chyna, were getting ready to welcome their daughter, Dream, the 30-year-old reality star began to examine his Armenian roots and expressed his interest in making sure his little girl appreciates her heritage.

"I want our baby to grow up with the same Armenian values that dad taught us," Rob told his sister, Khloe, after admitting that he wasn't quite ready to be a dad yet.

Speaking in a solo interview, Rob explained that he wants to reconnect with his sisters before welcoming a new life into the world.

"I was the only one who was living with my dad when he died and I’m not close to the rest of my family because of my insecurities," Rob admitted. "I want to change that because I especially miss Khloe."

As Rob later told his closest sister, "I just want to get back to socializing and having family fun like we used to when dad was alive."

In fact, Rob said he wants to be more like his own father in numerous ways, including getting fit and healthy -- but his sisters, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney, were more than a little upfront with him about his health and weight.

During breakfast together, Rob's sisters begin to suggest a litany of different options for losing weight, and the changes he's going to need to make in life.

"Dad was active and hands-on," Khloe explained. "You're not active at all."

The sisters also stressed the importance of living a healthy life, especially considering their own father's death at the age of 59, after a battle with esophageal cancer.

"Don’t you want to be around a long time for your daughter?” Khloe asked.

However, despite wanting to make some big changes in his life, Rob's natural inclination to interpret constructive criticism as a personal attack flared up.

"When my mom and sisters gang up on me it doesn't really motivate me," Rob explained to the KUWTK cameras.

After becoming overwhelmed, Rob blew his top. He stood up and walked away from the table, yelling, "I can’t f**king talk about this right now."

However, the reality star came to understand that he cannot have this sort of animosity with his siblings if he wants his daughter to have the same kind of healthy relationship with the family that he was lucky enough to have as a kid.

Later, Rob and Blac Chyna headed over to Khloe's house to cook a traditional Armenian dish, and Rob admitted that he appreciated the fact that his sisters are trying to look out for his well-being, adding that he wants to heal his relationships before Dream's arrival.

"I'm about to have a baby, I want everyone to be on good terms with me," he shared. "I can't just be selfish."

Rob and Blac Chyna welcomed their adorable baby daughter in November, and the proud papa hasn't been able to stop marveling at his little girl ever since. Last week, Rob took to Instagram to share a sweet message dedicated to "beautiful little mama" Dream. Check out the video below for a look at the heartwarming snapshot.
