'I'm just afraid of everything. I just get scared.'
Kim Kardashian West's return to public life wasn't as easy as she thought.
The 36-year-old reality star -- who took a three-month break from the spotlight after her terrifying Paris robbery in October -- panics during her first public appearance in a new promo for this week's Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
"This is just kind of what I was afraid of, is just this feeling of panic," Kardashian West says to the camera in the clip, after a large crowd starts to form around a store she's shopping at in Dubai.
"I'm just afraid of everything. I just get scared," she confides in friend Jen Atkin.
"With so many people gathering and then they start social media like, 'Kim's at the mall, she's here.' And then other people will know exactly where I'm at. It gives me such anxiety," she explains the camera, before sneaking out the store's back door.
Kardashian West has since returned to her old ways -- and even spent the last few days partying with sister Kourtney Kardashian and her friends in Mexico.
