'This Is Us' Stars Surprise Fans in Heartwarming Video That'll Make You Cry

You're going to need some Kleenex for this one.

The second season of This Is Us won't be coming for at least several more months, but on Monday, NBC released a heartwarming video featuring its cast members and fans of the show.

In the four-minute video, which first played during NBC's Upfront presentation in New York City, fans spoke lovingly about the impact This Is Us has had on their lives.

One viewer revealed that he searched for his biological father -- akin to Randall's journey -- while watching the show. Another connected with Rebecca's demons and fears, and shared that it opened his eyes to what his mother went through. Several spoke of the powerful impact of the heart-wrenching scene when Randall's dad, William, died, saying it brought them back to their own loss.

What they didn't know was that Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown and Chrissy Metz were just on the other side of the curtain, watching them reacting to poignant moments from the first season of This Is Us and tearing up themselves.

The most memorable moment? Metz learning that a fan had named her newborn daughter after her alter ego, Kate.​ "What?!" was Metz's adorable reaction.
