Here's your early sneak peek at CBS' anticipated comedy series.

Your first look at Young Sheldon is here!

CBS has released the first official photos from the anticipated Big Bang Theory spinoff on Wednesday -- and young star Iain Armitage, who plays young Sheldon Cooper, is absolutely adorable as the miniature version of the mathematics genius.

Created by Big Bang's Chuck Lorre and Steve Molaro, the half-hour, single-camera comedy follows a 9-year-old Sheldon (Armitage) as he grows up in East Texas and "embarks on an innocent, awkward and hopeful journey toward the man he will become."

Big Bang
star Jim Parsons, who plays adult Sheldon on the flagship series, will narrate and serve as executive producer. Jon Favreau directed the first episode and will also exec produce.

In this first look photo, young Sheldon's already rocking the bowtie, checkered shirt and slacks look -- topped off with a small briefcase!

Viewers will also get to spend time with Sheldon and his family, including his mother Mary (Zoe Perry, pictured below), father George Sr. (Lance Barber) and siblings Georgie (Montana Jordan) and Missy (Raegan Revord).

Back in February, Parsons was tight-lipped about the spinoff when he spoke to ET’s Nancy O’Dell at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, revealing that they already had the young lead chosen.

"He's wonderful," the 44-year-old actor said of Armitage, 8. "So many kids sent in [tapes] and it was really overwhelming. But this one little guy was really special."

"Chuck Lorre, Steve Molaro are really heading it but they're always really sweet about asking, 'What would you think?' and I'm like, 'I think it's great,'" Parsons said of casting his role. "I kind of don't want to get in the way too much because whoever the kids is has to do his own thing. You know what I mean? If it's going to be special it has to be related to what's going on but also its own creature, you know? I'm excited about it though."

Young Sheldon
premieres after The Big Bang Theory season 11 return on Monday, Sept. 25 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT before debuting in its regular time slot Thursday, Nov. 2 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
