Carrie Preston's character, Polly, realizes that her battery-operated 'sexual partner' isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Things are getting serious on Claws.
Only ET has an exclusive first look at Sunday's episode, in which Polly (Carrie Preston) breaks down in an emotional heart to heart with Desna (Niecy Nash) after making realizations about her life and battery-operated "sexual partner."

"I'm 45 years old, no car, no kid. It's just so far from how I imagined my life would be," Polly reveals.
"You're doing a lot better than you think you are," Desna replies, trying to comfort her co-worker.
"No, I'm not," Polly insists. "My only sexual partner involves batteries, and last night, they ran out, so I had to steal the ones from the smoke detector just to pop one off."
"OK, that is pretty tragic," Desna agrees.

"No, it's more than that. It's painful. It hurts. I'm miserable. I'm scared," Polly cries. "What if this is it?"

Claws airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TNT.
ET caught up with the Claws cast on set of the show in New Orleans, Louisiana, where Preston described the fierce series as "if Orange Is the New Black had sex with Breaking Bad while Weeds watched."
