Rob Lowe moved to California to pursue his big screen dreams, but when he arrived he fell in love with the West Coast landscape.
The St. Elmo's Fire star says that California "blew [his] mind as a kid," and he ended up making his home in the picturesque seaside community of Santa Barbara.
