2007 'I Do' Details

The year 2007 was filled with ultra-glam, extravagant weddings as well as tiny, private nuptials. We look back at some of the most talked about "I do's" of the year!

EVA LONGORIA & TONY PARKER

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's July 7 nuptials went off without a hitch -- and the party that followed wasn't half-bad, either! Tony and Eva wed at the romantic Parisian cathedral Saint Germain l'Auxerrois.

Tony's wedding ring is a simple white-gold "Possession" band by jeweler PIAGET, while Eva's matching wedding ring is crafted from 18K white gold and features two rows of 80 brilliant-cut diamonds, separated by a row of 27 square-cut diamonds for a total of 107 breathtaking jewels. Eva carried a bouquet of white phalaenopsis orchid stems and lilies, which she tossed later at the reception. The aisle was lined with mounds of white rose petals and there were 1,900 flowers on each table at the reception. The price tag for the flowers? A cool $100,000!

Eva's dress had a 10-foot train which took 20 dressmakers to create it by hand. Eva also wore SERGIO ROSSI shoes embroidered on the inside with "Eva and Tony July 7, 2007."

After the romantic vows were said, the party moved to Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte, a breathtaking 17th-century castle 34 miles south of Paris. It was candle-lit and had a red-toned theme with tents set up on the historic, mile-long garden. The guests, including Eva's "Desperate Housewives" castmates, munched on a gourmet dinner topped off with a dessert: a red, five-tiered vanilla-bean pound cake, filled with crushed organic raspberries; 500 hand-sculpted sugar flowers; and baked in the States then flown to France -- and whisked through customs! Finally, a fireworks display capped off the long night of celebrating.

KATE WALSH & ALEX YOUNG

"Private Practice" star Kate Walsh said "I do" to Alex Young on September 1 in Ojai, CA at the Ojai Presbyterian Church. Kate's brother served as her "man" of honor, while Alex's sister was his best "woman." The TV doc wore a MONIQUE LHUILLIER gown with her former "Grey's Anatomy" co-stars KATHERINE HEIGL, JUSTIN CHAMBERS, SARA RAMIREZ and "Grey's" creator SHONDA RHIMES in attendance. Singer ANYA MARINA, who's featured on the "Grey's Anatomy" soundtrack, performed a song for the occasion. The reception was held at the Casa Elar, located inside the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa.

REBECCA ROMIJN & JERRY O'CONNELL

Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell made it official on July 14 when they said "I do" in front of 100 family members and friends during a private ceremony at their Los Angeles home. The bride was dressed in a floor-length, form-fitting gown by designer RALPH LAUREN, accented with diamond drop earrings and a diamond and platinum bangle by NEIL LANE and the couple's two dogs, TACO and BETTER also joined in on the festivities dressed in doggie tuxes. The pair's guests sat on bales of hay while the tables were adorned with wildlfowers and lanterns. The menu included blue crab salad and lavender grilled prime beef tenderloin followed by mini country apple and red velvet cupcakes.

LAILA ALI & CURTIS CONWAY

Laila Ali and her football beau Curtis Conway wed on July 22 in Southern California. Carrying a bouquet of pink roses, Laila walked down the aisle in a strapless, champagne-colored dress with star broaches at the waist and kissed her father, MUHAMMAD ALI, who was seated in the front row and used a walker to get around. The nuptials kicked off with a version of LUTHER VANDROSS' "Here and Now." There were eight members in the wedding party, including the bride and groom, and the ceremony lasted about 20 minutes.

JON CRYER & LISA JOYNER

"Two and a Half Men"'s Jon Cryer tied the knot with TV reporter Lisa Joyner on June 16. The happy couple wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Lisa wore a Monique Lhuillier gown, and the two partied the night away at a private home.

ELLEN POMPEO said "I do" to music producer CHRIS IVERY at New York's City Hall on November 7.

"Felicity" alum KERI RUSSELL married boyfriend SHANE DEARY on February 14 in New York City.

ELIZABETH HURLEY and businessman ARUN NAYAR exchanged vows in England on March 2.

ROD STEWART tied the knot with model PENNY LANCASTER on June 16 in Santa Margherita, a small town just outside the Italian Riviera resort of Portofino.

JORDANA BREWSTER of 'The Fast and the Furious' and producer ANDREW FORM were married May 6 in the Caribbean.

"Oprah" correspondent and former "View" co-host LISA LING married Chicago-based oncologist PAUL SONG in a Los Angeles ceremony on May 26.

MELANIE "SCARY SPICE" BROWN married her boyfriend, STEPHEN BELAFONTE, on June 6, 2007.

Singer USHER wed girlfriend TAMEKA FOSTER in Atlanta on August 4.

TOBEY MAGUIRE and his longtime love, JENNIFER MEYER, wed in Hawaii over the Labor Day holiday.

"Desperate Housewives" hubby RICARDO CHAVIRA and his girlfriend and the mother of his son, MARCEA DIETZEL, married spontaneously on September 22 in San Antonio, Texas, in a low-key ceremony -- wearing their pajamas!

PAM ANDERSON said "I do" for the third time, this time to RICK SALOMON on October 6 in Las Vegas.

Talk show host MONTEL WILLIAMS tied the knot with girlfriend TARA FOWLER on October 6 in Bermuda.
