As host Jane Lynch prepares to entertain the audience at the 42nd People's Choice Awards on Wednesday, ET has a look at who will be sharing an armrest.

Based on the seating arrangements, Kate Hudson and Dakota Johnson will be a row in front of Julie Chen and the rest of the ladies from The Talk. Humanitarian Award recipient Ellen DeGeneres is getting a seat in the front row, a few seats away from Britney Spears.

"It's basically a love fest between the stars and the fans, and I love being in the middle of that, because I'm a fan too," Lynch told ET.

That love fest will include performers Shawn Mendes and Jason Derulo as well as notable presenters such as Vin Diesel, Christina Milian, Lea Michele, John Stamos, Priyanka Chopra and the Pink Ladies of Grease: Live (Carly Rae Jepsen, Julianne Hough, Keke Palmer, Kether Donohue, and Vanessa Hudgens).

Even with these famous faces staring back at her, Lynch assured ET that she's not worried one bit.

"I can't think of a scenario -- even if I fall on my face -- that would kill me," she said, "unless I die up there, which could happen. That's life."

In addition to her hosting gig, Lynch also has a new comedy, Angel From Hell, premiering Thursday, Jan. 7 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The People's Choice Awards airs live on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at 9 p.m. PT/ET on CBS.
