911 operator Halle Berry must track a serial killer in The Call; Steve Carell is the magical Burt Wonderstone; CSI: NY's final season and more in this week's new releases.

What would you do if you were captured by a serial killer? The Call casts Halle Berry as Jordan Turner, a veteran 911 operator who takes a life-altering emergency call from a teenage girl who is murdered while she's on the line. When the killer strikes again, Jordan realizes it's the same man and takes action in order to save another girl's life. Abigail Breslin, Morris Chestnut and Michael Imperioli also star in the film by Brad Anderson (The Machinist, Transsiberian).

Steve Carell, Jim Carrey, Steve Buscemi and Olivia Wilde team up for laughs in this send-up of big-time Vegas magic. Carell and Buscemi are superstar magicians Burt Wonderstone and Anton Marvelton, whose friendship is tested when their stale Sin City show is threatened by guerilla street magician Steve Gray (Carrey), who has developed a cult following. With Burt completely out of touch with reality, his foundation is ripped away, and only rediscovering his love of magic will save the day. Also starring Alan Arkin and the late James Gandolfini.
