'Breaking Dawn' Brings in $30 Million at Midnight
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 earned $30.25 million during their midnight screenings to start what could be a box office best for the fantasy franchise.

The movie played in 3,521 theaters at midnight before bringing the total to 4,061. Breaking Dawn barely broke its old record which was held by The Twilight Saga: Eclipse last year when it took in $26.3 million two years ago.

This is the second highest midnight gross of the year, with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 earning a staggering $43.6 million during its midnight run over the summer.
