The 'Dancing With the Stars' pro shared two workout videos via Instagram on Monday.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is still getting his body back together after the painful injury he encountered while rehearsing for season 24 of Dancing With the Stars.

The 37-year-old dancer took to Instagram on Monday to give fans a peek at some of the intense workouts he's been doing in an effort to continue building muscle following the calf surgery he had back in March.

Chmerkovskiy shared two workout videos, one of him doing lunges and another of him doing squats.

"LET'S GO LEGS," he captioned it. "So close to getting my limbs back to ?! Love my #kBox4 by @go_exxentric and @timhartwigtrain for loving incorporating it into my program!"

Earlier this week, the father of one also shared a few photos of himself working on his back and arms.

"STAYING READY > GETTING READY," he exclaimed. "I will never again be unprepared."

Dancing With the Stars returns to ABC for its 25th season on Sept. 18. No word on whether Chmerkovskiy or his wife, Peta Murgatroyd, will be returning as pros just yet, but ET has learned that WWE pro Nikki Bella will be stepping into the ballroom, along with one of the Property Brothers.
