Perrette left the show on Tuesday after 15 seasons.

Pauley Perrette is getting some love from her NCIS co-stars -- both past and present -- as her time on the show comes to a close after 15 seasons.

The actress' final episode of the CBS series airs on Tuesday, and Michael Weatherly couldn't help but get emotional over her departure. The Bull star, who left NCIS in 2016, took to Instagram to share his goodbye message to Perrette. Weatherly's character, Tony DiNozzo, called in during the episode and wished her well through McGee (Sean Murray) -- though he wasn't seen or heard onscreen.

Perrette's character, Abby, leaves the show after another NCIS member, Clay (Duane Henry), dies saving her life. She goes to London to bury him and open a charity in his name.

"Pauley Perrette, series finale. I'll be watching with a box of Kleenex," Weatherly said in a video he captioned, "I will be watching #abby tonight on #ncis and telling my kids,'...it’s ok. It’s ok.' Big kiss!"

Perrette responded to Weatherly's sweet message on Twitter, writing, "I love you @M_Weatherly But you know that, and so does everyone else. My Brother.  :)," as her other co-stars said their farewells.

"We say goodbye to our @PauleyP ... her final farewell episode is tonight at 8pm on @CBS #NCIS BRING THE TISSUES!

Dear Pauley, you were a light and made me feel like family from the first day and everyday for the last two years.. love you sis!," Wilmer Valderrama wrote, as Murray simply added, "Love you, @PauleyP :smooch: #NCIS."

Perrette opened up about her NCIS exit during an interview with ET last week.

"I just made a very feeble attempt to try and tell them without crying and I made it for about 10 seconds,” Perrette tells ET of breaking the news that she was leaving the series to her fellow NCIS cast and crew. “‘I just want you guys to know...’ and that was it. I'm like, [crying], ‘I love you, guys,’ then I have to get right back to work and do a three-page monologue about science.”

See what else she said about Abby's departure in the video below.
