Mick Jagger is on the up and up!

Billboard was first to report that the 75-year-old Rolling Stones frontman underwent a heart valve procedure in New York City this week.

On Friday, Jagger's rep told ET that the singer "has successfully undergone treatment," and is "doing very well." The rep added that Jagger "is expected to make a full recovery."

Later in the day Jagger took to Twitter to address his fans.

The news comes after the Rolling Stones postponed the next leg of their No Filter tour, which was supposed to kick off in Miami, Florida, on April 20. The band made the announcement on Saturday, and said the tour needs to be rescheduled so that Jagger could undergo "medical treatment." At the time, they declined to provide additional information on what the treatment was for.

"Mick Jagger has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time as he needs medical treatment," the statement read. "The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible."

Jagger apologized to fans on Twitter on Saturday and said he was "devastated" at having to postpone the tour.

"I'm so sorry to all our fans in America & Canada with tickets," he wrote. "I really hate letting you down like this. I'm devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can. Once again, huge apologies to everyone."

On Sunday, in pictures published by The Daily Mailthe legendary frontman appeared to be in good spirits on the beach in Miami, enjoying family time with his 2-year-old son, Deveraux, and his girlfriend, 32-year-old ballerina Melanie Hamrick.

Jagger and Hamrick welcomed Deveraux -- the singer's eighth child -- in December 2016. Last July, Jagger's 27-year-old daughter, model Georgia May, shared a rare photo of him with all four of his sons on his 75th birthday.
