She has put it in the past, especially since their drama happened so long ago."</p>

<p>The source adds, "Kim respects Taylor as an artist but doesn't have a strong desire to settle their differences right now."</p>

<p>Following the release of Swift's 11th studio album,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/everything-to-know-about-taylor-swifts-the-tortured-poets-department-double-album-music-videos" rel="" target="_blank"><em>The Tortured Poets Department</em></a>, fans <a href="https://www.etonline.com/why-fans-think-taylor-swifts-thank-you-aimee-is-a-direct-reference-to-kim-kardashian-see-the-lyrics" rel="" target="_blank">instantly began speculating</a> that "thanK you aIMee" is in reference to 43-year-old Kardashian, particularly because of the capitalized letters in the track's title that spell out "KIM."&nbsp;</p>

<p>The song itself is rooted in the story of a hometown bully "throwin' punches" at the narrator. As she copes with the "searing pain" from the attacks, she ultimately finds that it's made her stronger in the end.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Then there's the bridge that really seemed to bring it home for Swifties.&nbsp;</p>

Kim Kardashian 'Has Moved On' From Taylor Swift Feud, 'Doesn't Care' About 'thanK you aIMee' Song: Source

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/megan-thee-stallion" rel="" target="_blank">Megan Thee Stallion</a>&nbsp;has been accused of harassing and fat-shaming one of her former cameramen, who claims in a new lawsuit he was subjected to watching her have sex with another woman while sitting next to him in an SUV.</p>

<p>According to court documents obtained by ET, Emilio Garcia claims that on or around June 2022, he was traveling with Megan while she was on tour in Ibiza, Spain. During that trip, Garcia claims he was in an SUV with Megan and three other women when, suddenly, Megan and another woman started "having sex right beside" him.</p>

<p>Garcia claims he "could not get out of the car as it was both moving and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country." He claims he felt "embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal."</p>

<p>In a statement to ET, the GRAMMY winner's lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the accusations on her behalf.</p>

<p>"This is an employment claim for money -- with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her," Spiro said. "We will deal with this in court."</p>

<p>The day after the alleged incident, Garcia claims Megan, whose real name is Megan Pete, inquired with him as to whether he was in the SUV the prior night. Garcia claims he confirmed he was in the SUV, and that's when Megan allegedly instructed, "Don't ever discuss what you saw."</p>

<p>Soon after, Garcia claims he was subjected to Megan fat-shaming him and calling him "fat b**ch" and telling him to "spit your food out," and that "you don't need to be eating."</p>

<p>Garcia claims he contemplated quitting his job as Megan's cameraman "due to Stallion's possessiveness combined with lack of appropriate pay for the amount of time asked of him." He had confided as much to a makeup artist, and when Megan allegedly got wind of Garcia's plans to quit, he claims she "drunkenly FaceTimed" him. In that conversation, Garcia claims he expressed he was being underpaid but they later reached "an understanding," with Megan affirming, 'We're good."</p>

<p>But at some point in June 2023, Garcia claims Megan's management company, ROC Nation, "unexpected reached out to [him]" the day before a scheduled gig "and informed him that his services would no longer be required."</p>

<p>Garcia claims he was misclassified as in independent contractor while working as Megan's personal cameraman who "worked in excess of 50 hours under close scrutiny and explicit direction of Stallion who continuously contacted [him] at all hours, directing him to brainstorm TikTok videos, to edit content that [he] had not captured, and complete various assignments."</p>

<p>He claims he was initially hired at a flat-rate of $4,000 per month but the pay structure changed to a "pay-per-task system" in which he had to invoice each assignment. Due to this change in pay structure, Garcia claims he earned significantly less.</p>

<p>Garcia, who claims he was explicitly instructed by Megan not to engage with other clients, claims he started working as her personal cameraman in July 2018 but was misclassified as an independent contractor despite being required to work regular eight-hour days. He claims he was terminated from his job as retaliation for complaining about illegal behavior and failure to properly pay him.</p>

<p>Garcia is suing for harassment, unpaid wages and other damages.</p>

<p>In response to Megan's attorney's statement refuting Garcia's claims, his attorney Ron Zambrano, released the following statement:</p>

<p>"Unfortunately, it is not a surprise that the defendant, through her attorney, is denying the allegations. It is an utter lie that we have not alleged a hostile work environment based on the sex claim. It is literally the first claim listed in the lawsuit. None of this is intended to embarrass her but merely an attempt to hold her accountable for her illegal actions just as anyone else should be, celebrity or not. The reaction that my client should not have been offended or somehow thankful for being in a car while she had sex with another woman is an absolute double standard. If our client was a woman and was forced to watch a man have sex in the vehicle with her, there would be no outrage if she was offended. Employees who work for celebrities should be afforded the same sort of workplace free of harassment that any other worker in any other industry is legally obligated to have. We have to stop expecting that those who work for stars should just deal with this egregious and illegal behavior and suck it up and be thankful for their access. That is a recipe for the abuse in treatment and underpayment, not only in this lawsuit, but in many other stories that are yet to be told."</p>

Megan Thee Stallion Accused of Harassment by Cameraman Who Alleges He Was Forced to Watch Her Have Sex

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/christina-applegate" rel="" target="_blank">Christina Applegate</a>&nbsp;is offering her signature blend of boldness and transparency to describe the illness that's forced her to wear diapers. And as Applegate prefaced the conversation, apologies if the candidness makes you queasy.</p>

<p>In an episode aptly dubbed "Can I Be Honest?" on her and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/jamie-lynn-sigler" rel="" target="_blank">Jamie-Lynn Sigler</a>'s <a href="https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/can-i-be-honest/id1734318382?i=1000653315031" rel="" target="_blank"><em>MeSsy</em> podcast</a>, the 52-year-old actress opened up about the ordeal she's been dealing with over the last several weeks. It started with contracting COVID-19 for the very first time, after someone "real close" to her "dropped the ball" by hitting up a bowling alley and then coming to her home and spreading the disease.</p>

Due to being immunocompromised, Applegate feared the worst. She said she had a headache and the chills, thinking that was the worst of things and she'd be "completely fine." But she was wrong. Her COVID diagnosis ultimately became long COVID, which led to a chest infection and her heart to speed. Then, as if that weren't enough, Applegate dived into the "poop talk."</p>

<p>After apologizing about having to get so graphic, Applegate shared she contracted a virus that resulted in her "pissing out of my a** for a few days."</p>

And finally I had to do one of those samples -- [a stool test], which is fun, and that's sarcasm, as you know&nbsp; --&nbsp; because you poop into a receptacle and then you have to scoop your own poop into vials. And it was so gross I started vomiting while doing this. Anywho, [test] came back [and] I had something called sapovirus. It is when you ingest the fecal matter of someone else from your food. Someone else's poop went into my mouth and I ate it."</p>

<p>Applegate shared it's been almost three weeks of being sick from this virus. She said she traced it back to takeout salad from a restaurant she's frequented for 15 years.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Anyway that's my fun story," she quipped. "It's been real fun."&nbsp;</p>

<p>What's more, Applegate said she was recently supposed to visit her brother who just welcomed a baby. But there was no way she'd make it there in her condition because "I will s**t in the car."</p>

<p>Sigler, who also <a href="https://www.etonline.com/jamie-lynn-sigler-pens-emotional-essay-about-the-challenges-of-being-a-mom-with-multiple-sclerosis" rel="" target="_blank">battles with MS</a>, and Applegate then proceeded to "pick a bone" with the maker of their adult diapers. Long story short -- they wish the adult diaper makers would make a more sexy product.</p>

Christina Applegate Says She's Wearing Diapers After Contracting Sapovirus From Ingesting Fecal Matter

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/aaron-carter" rel="" target="_blank">Aaron Carter</a>'s twin sister is shedding light on what she thinks may have led to the tragic deaths of three of her siblings.</p>

<p>Angel Carter was brutally honest about the "dysfunction" in her family in a candid conversation Wednesday with Gayle King on <em>CBS Mornings</em>. King noted that three of her siblings -- Leslie, Aaron and Bobbi Jean -- died in the wake of substance abuse issues. Leslie died at 25 in 2012 <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/leslie-carter-overdosed-influence-drugs-police-report/story?id=15498831" rel="" target="_blank">from an overdose</a>;&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/aaron-carter-singer-and-brother-of-backstreet-boys-nick-carter-dead-at-34-131419" rel="" target="_blank">Aaron died at 34 in 2022</a>&nbsp;after drowning, due to the effects of&nbsp;taking alprazolam, which is a generic form of Xanax, and inhaling difluoroethane; and Bobbi Jean&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/nick-and-aaron-carters-sister-bobbie-jeans-cause-of-death-revealed-219781" rel="" target="_blank">died at 41</a> in 2023&nbsp;of&nbsp;"intoxication due to the combined effects of fentanyl and methamphetamine."</p>

<p>With that in mind, King asked Angel to talk about what her family life was like growing up and why she thought these tragedies happened.</p>

<p>"There's certainly a generational dysfunction issue here that comes comes along with it, but as far as growing up, there was a time where we were a really close family. There was a lot of love. But there was a lot of chaos going on at the same time," she said. "Just fighting. My parents were just fighting all the time. Just dysfunction in the home. No boundaries. No stability. No one to talk to. It just felt like, if I had an issue going on I really couldn't have my parents to lean on to."</p>

<p>Angel then noted that fame added to the dysfunction. Angel's brother, Nick Carter, was a huge superstar with the Backstreet Boys, and Aaron's career also took off with the 2000 smash hit "I Want Candy."</p>

<p>"I do. I think it changed everything, honestly," said Angel when asked if the fame compounded the dysfunction. "Nick has been in Backstreet Boys since I was four or five years old. So, a really long time. We were a family that had no money. We were from upstate New York. My parents were poor. And they had never seen anything like this before. So, once the money started coming in, it just changed the dynamic because money became the moving force."</p>

<p>Angel had previously shared that she and her family&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/aaron-carters-twin-sister-angel-says-she-begged-him-to-let-her-help-him-days-before-his-death" rel="" target="_blank">tried "everything"</a>&nbsp;to help Aaron before his untimely death. She even said she spoke to him two days before his death, to no avail. Angel told King she had hoped for years Aaron would find a path to recovery, though she admitted that she had lost all hope in his final days.</p>

<p>Angel said she can now only hope and work to break this pattern with her own child and give her child something Aaron never truly had: his innocence.</p>

<p>"Aaron did not have his innocence," she said. "He was working like an adult from a very young age. And he just wanted to be home."</p>

<p>Angel and Aaron's team will release his previously unheard single, "Recovery," on Friday. The album, <em>Recovery</em>, drops May 24, and proceeds from the album will benefit the Kids Mental Health Foundation.</p>

Aaron Carter's Twin Sister Angel Shares Why She Thinks 3 of Her 4 Siblings Died Young

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/mary-j-blige" rel="" target="_blank">Mary J. Blige</a>, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/cher" rel="" target="_blank">Cher</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ozzy-osbourne" rel="" target="_blank">Ozzy Osbourne</a>&nbsp;are among the venerable artists who have just been announced as the latest inductees into the Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame.</p>

<p>The live announcement came Sunday during&nbsp;<em>American Idol</em>'s "Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame Night" episode. Ryan Seacrest and Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame inductee Lionel Richie revealed this year's inductees -- which also includes the Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Kool &amp; The Gang and A Tribe Called Quest -- all of which are in the Performers category, made up of "artists who have created music whose originality, impact, and influence has changed the course of rock and roll."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Alexis Korner, John Mayall and Big Mama Thornton are also set to receive the Musical Influence Award, given to "artists whose music and performance style have directly influenced, inspired, and evolved rock and roll and music impacting youth culture."</p>

<p>The late Jimmy Buffett, MC5, Dionne Warwick and Norman Whitfield are being bestowed with the Hall's Musical Excellence Award, given to "artists, musicians, songwriters and producers whose originality and influence creating music have had a dramatic impact on music."</p>

<p>Music producer Suzanne de Passe will also receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award, given to "non-performing industry professionals who have had a major influence on the creative development and growth of rock and roll and music that has impacted youth culture."</p>

<p>"Rock &amp; Roll is an ever-evolving amalgam of sounds that impacts culture and moves generations," John Sykes, Chairman of the Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, said in a release. "This diverse group of inductees each broke down musical barriers and influenced countless artists that followed in their footsteps."</p>

<p>The 2024&nbsp;Rock&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Roll&nbsp;Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is set to stream live Oct. 19 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio on Disney+, with a special airing on ABC at a later date and available on Hulu the next day.</p>

<p>Cher, Foreigner, Peter Frampton and Kool &amp; the Gang have the distinction of being inducted during their first year of induction eligibility. To be eligible, the Hall states "an individual artist or band must have released its first commercial recording at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In 2023, the Rock Hall inducted 13 singers, songwriters and producers including&nbsp;Kate Bush, Sheryl Crow, Missy Elliot, George Michael, Willie Nelson and Rage Against the Machine.</p>

Mary J. Blige, Cher and Ozzy Osbourne Are Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees

<p>Josh Charles was, shall we say, a bit tortured keeping it a secret that he had been cast to appear in&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/taylor-swift" rel="" target="_blank">Taylor Swift</a>'s highly anticipated "Fortnight" music video.</p>

<p>The 52-year-old actor took to Instagram on Saturday and shared a couple of photos of him and Ethan Hawke, his <em>Dead Poets Society</em> co-star. The first photo's a black and white pic of them in recent times while the second photo shows them in character for the 1989 coming-of-age drama directed by Peter Weir.</p>

<p>Charles began his caption sharing that keeping secrets is not his thing. But he did, and he didn't even tell his kids about being cast for Swift's "Fortnight" music video. "Fortnight" is the opening track to her&nbsp;11th studio album, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/everything-to-know-about-taylor-swifts-the-tortured-poets-department-double-album-music-videos" rel="" target="_blank"><em>The Tortured Poets Department</em></a>.</p>

<p>"I don't like keeping secrets so that was hard. I didn't even tell my kids until the other day!" said the actor, who shares two kids with Sophie Flack. "Here’s a couple of tortured old poets about to board an early flight to be pop stars for a day. Been through a lot with this dude over the years, but safe to say this was a most memorable day."</p>

<p>Charles, who has appeared in TV hits like <em>The Good Wife</em> and hit films like <em>S.W.A.T.</em>, then honored Swift.</p>

<p>"We were treated with such class by Taylor and her crew from beginning to end," Charles shared. "What I’ll remember most was the laughter. There was a lot of it. <p>"Fortnight" featured <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/post-malone" rel="" target="_blank">Post Malone</a>, and while most fans expected to see him in the video they were certainly surprised when Swift hosted a <em>Dead&nbsp;Poets Society </em>reunion<em>.</em>&nbsp;Hawke and Charles were cast as&nbsp;scientists examining Swift after a love affair goes wrong.</p>

<p>And now that the cat's outta the bag, Charles is psyched about being forever connected to the biggest pop star in the world. So much so, Charles took to Instagram after the video dropped and posted a shot of him swagging out to <em>TTPD</em> merch, which almost instantly sold out when it became available Friday.</p>

<p>The visual alone had fans a bit puzzled, but in the best of ways.</p>

<p>"i don’t know if i should be saying he’s one of us (swifties) or she’s one of us (dps fans) the world is crazy rn," commented a <em>Dead Poets Society</em> fan.</p>

<p>Another fan added, "Dont forget us Good Wife folks, Will is totally a swiftie."</p>

<p>For Coachella, Carpenter went, "Man his knees so weak he had to spread mine / He's drinkin' my bathwater like it's red wine / Coachella, see you back here when I headline."</p>

<p>The bathwater line is in reference to Keogna's bathtub scene in which his character, Oliver, drinks bathwater left behind by Jacob Elordi's Felix character in the Emerald Fennell-directed thriller/comedy. The bathtub scene became so infamous it even <a href="https://www.etonline.com/jacob-elordi-smells-his-bathwater-candle-and-has-the-perfect-saltburn-reaction-218284" rel="" target="_blank">spawned a bathwater candle</a>.&nbsp;</p>

Sabrina Carpenter References Barry Keoghan's 'Saltburn' Bathwater Scene During Coachella Set

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/bella-hadid" rel="" target="_blank">Bella</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/gigi-hadid" rel="" target="_blank">Gigi Hadid</a>'s father, Mohamed Hadid, allegedly sent a series of racist and homophobic messages to U.S. Rep. Ritchie Torres in wake of the developer's staunch support for Palestine in its ongoing conflict with Israel.</p>

<p>In screenshots obtained by ET, direct messages from Mohamed's verified Instagram account purport to show the developer calling the Congressman from New York "worse than the rats of the New York sewage system." The message continues, "[T]hey have bigger brains than you. You might get a job as a bouncer at Gay Bar .. I promise you will never be in congress ... slave to whits and make sure you dress as Kkk to hide that ugly gray colored face of yours."</p>

<p>In another direct message, the luxury real estate developer allegedly slammed Torres as an "unusual Black and colorful mouth for Israeli and AiPAC [American Israel Public Affairs Committee] and looking for pay day of over 500k for the next term. You will get it .. unfortunately."</p>

<p>Mohamed's verified Instagram account also commented on Torres' Jan. 15 Instagram post, in which he's seen on video delivering a sermon at New York City's Central Synagogue.</p>

<p>"Sell out. Black out .. he forgot this is not about black and white it's not about Palestine or the Zionist state .. this is about a great Black man not a little ....kisser to your financial backers. As there will not be a single black person in your community that leaves a nice word about you Mr. Nate .. selling your soul .."&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a statement to ET, Ritchie claims Mohamed has been flooding him with "racist venom and vitriol" for months now.</p>

<p>"Since October 7th, I have been facing a flood of racist venom and vitriol simply because I express solidarity with both the Jewish people and the Jewish State. I will never capitulate to a racist mob," Ritchie said. "Most haters hide behind anonymous social media accounts, but Mohamed Hadid is so proud of his hatred for me that he felt no need to shroud his racism in anonymity. Whether it is dehumanizing me as worse than the rats of the NYC sewage system or telling me to dress like the KKK to 'hide that gray colored face of yours,' Mr. Hadid has hurled just about every racist insult at me shorting of calling me the N-word."</p>

<p>ET has reached out to Mohamed for comment. The <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/04/20/us-news/mohamed-hadid-sends-racist-homophobic-messages-to-congressman/" rel="" target="_blank"><em>New York Post</em></a> was first to report on the DMs.</p>

<p>Mohamed has been outspoken about the Israel-Palestine conflict since <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/live-updates/israel-hamas-palestinian-war-attacks-gaza-strip/" rel="" target="_blank">chaos erupted</a> in the region back in October, when the ruling and Iran-backed Hamas militant group in the Gaza strip launched an unprecedented attack on Israel, resulting in more than 1,000 killed, thousands more injured and <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/live-blog/israel-hamas-war-live-updates-rcna126110" rel="" target="_blank">hundreds taken hostage</a>.</p>

<p>In response to the attack, the Israeli government retaliated by launching coordinated attacks and bombings in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of more than 11,000 people. The ongoing conflict triggered calls for a <a href="https://www.un.org/sg/en/content/sg/statement/2023-11-19/statement-the-secretary-general-gaza%C2%A0" rel="" target="_blank">cease fire from the United Nations</a>, and protesters all around the world have called out the&nbsp;Israeli government's attacks for what many have labeled a "genocide" of Palestinian people. <p>Gigi, whose family is from Palestine, spoke out in support of Palestine following Israel's retaliation.</p>

<p>My thoughts are with all those affected by this unjustifiable tragedy and every day that innocent lives are taken by this conflict -- too many of which are children," Gigi wrote in a lengthy Instagram post. "I have deep empathy and heartbreak for the Palestine struggle and life under occupation, it's a responsibility I hold daily."</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/latest/people/angus-t-jones" rel="" target="_blank">Angus T. Jones</a>&nbsp;is on the move.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/latest/tv/two-and-a-half-men" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Two and a Half Men</em></a>&nbsp;alum was spotted Thursday during a rare public outing in Los Angeles on what appeared to be moving day. The 30-year-old who made his name as Jake Harper on the hit CBS sitcom appeared to be hauling away two trucks full of stuff from his home.</p>

<p>The actor, wearing sweats, black T-shirt, hat and shades, was seen speaking to one of the movers as they loaded up trucks, which hauled away outdoor furniture, an old mattress, Halloween decorations and so much more. This appears to be the first time he's been seen in public since his last public outing in August, while out at lunch in Sherman Oaks, California.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Prior to that outing, Jones had only been&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/news/179227_former_two_and_a_half_men_star_angus_t_jones_is_now_completely_unrecognizable" rel="" target="_blank">seen out and about</a>&nbsp;a handful of times in recent years. He had also been <a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/05/23/two-and-a-half-men-star-angus-t-jones-looks-unrecognizable/" rel="" target="_blank">spotted</a>&nbsp;walking outside his home in April and May of 2023.</p>

<p>Hardcore <em>Two and a Half Men</em> fans got a glimpse of Jones in front of the camera recently when he made a cameo in the HBO comedy, <em>Bookie</em>, starring&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/sebastian-maniscalco" rel="" target="_blank">Sebastian Maniscalco</a>. <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/chuck-lorre" rel="" target="_blank">Chuck Lorre</a>, creator of <em>Two and Half Men</em>, is the executive producer behind <em>Bookie</em>, which also <a href="https://www.etonline.com/two-and-a-half-men-creator-chuck-lorre-shares-how-he-and-charlie-sheen-reconciled-exclusive-214777" rel="" target="_blank">reunited him</a> with <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/charlie-sheen" rel="" target="_blank">Charlie Sheen</a>, who appeared in the series as an exaggerated version of himself who runs a regular poker game at a rehab facility.</p>

<p>And it's in that rehab facility where Jones makes his cameo playing poker alongside Sheen and several of his real-life friends who also had a cameo in <em>Two and a Half Men</em>&nbsp;as Sheen's poker buddies.</p>

<p>Lorre&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/chuck-lorre-shares-how-he-got-angus-t-jones-to-reunite-with-charlie-sheen-on-bookie-exclusive" rel="" target="_blank">spoke to ET</a> about recruiting Jones to appear in <em>Bookie</em>.</p>

<p>"He was not necessarily going, 'Oh boy. I'm going to act again!'" Lorre said of making the call to reunite with Jones on the project. "But he was game and he was great. He was great at eight and he was great at 28."</p>

<p>"Almost 20 years to the day after we shot the pilot of&nbsp;<em>Two and a Half Men</em>, we shot that scene with the two guys playing poker," Lorre revealed, "and the other guys at the table were in the pilot of&nbsp;<em>Two and a Half Men</em>&nbsp;as well."</p>
