Experts are counting on Jurassic World to bring in $100 million in its first weekend, but if star Chris Pratt is feeling any pressure, you'd never know it.

In a behind-the-scenes video diary, the actor is seen dancing and fooling around with the camera in between takes. In the midst of all the fun he's having, though, Chris does manage to slip in some good advice for aspiring action stars.

"Stunts: 101 -- always warm up," Chris says.

But even his own advice couldn't keep him from taking a tumble off of a Triumph motorcycle.

"As you can see there's mud on my pants," the 35-year-old points out in the clip. "A lot of times wardrobe will add mud to your clothing to give you that wear-and-tear look. This I actually added myself by eating sh*t on the motorcycle about 10 minutes ago. I fell face-first in mud and rolled out of it. I may have a broken bone and don't even know it."

This leads Chris to more words of wisdom.

"Never let your confidence outdo your skill," he warns. "I should never have a motorcycle. If you ever see me in the tabloids driving a motorcycle, find me and kick me in the nuts."

Jurassic World, which also stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Judy Greer and Jake Johnson, takes place 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park. Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park called Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by the late John Hammond.
